Inflammation is the root cause of many modern diseases like obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Why should I care about healthy snacking?

We don’t always have enough time to cook, especially for those small meals throughout the day.  That’s why it’s important to pay attention to what your snacks consist of and ensure they follow proper nutritional guidelines and are not simply full of fats and added sugars. By snacking healthy you keep your metabolism steady, avoid dramatic post-meal energy crashes and you stay alert and productive throughout the day.

Why do I need to choose organic?

Organic food is grown the way nature intended it: without the use of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, hormones, antibiotics, sewage sludge, irradiation or any genetically modified organisms. When you buy organic you support sustainable agriculture, promote a less toxic environment and become a part of the sustainable future of our planet.

Why is Non-GMO important?

Genetically modified organisms (GMOs) are living organisms whose genetic material has been artificially manipulated. More and more of our foods are being treated with harmful herbicides and have led to the emergence of “super weeds” and “super bugs.” GMOs have been linked to a multitude of health problems and negative environmental impact.

Why should I consider a plant-based diet?

Our growing global population demands change to how we feed the world. A plant-based diet uses fewer natural resources, has a lower carbon footprint, ends animal suffering & reduces food insecurity. The sooner we all adopt a plant-based diet, the quicker we can eliminate the animal cruelty associated with factory farming as well as the overuse of antibiotics and air & water pollution.

Probiotics are helpful in boosting your immunity whether you are sick or attempting to prevent illness from occurring. Due to the nature of the Modern Human's acidic diet and unhealthy lifestyle, probiotics help keep your system in check. They can also aid in battling and recovering from common illnesses such as colds or flus. Additionally, probiotics can be extremely helpful towards regulating your digestive tract while taking antibiotics.
